Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by {{NDA_Dispute Resolution}}. The prevailing party shall be entitled to injunctive relief and damages in case of breach.
Note on Remedies: Unlike standard contracts, breaches of confidentiality often cause "irreparable harm" that money alone cannot fix. Injunctive relief allows the disclosing party to seek a court order to stop further unauthorized disclosure immediately.
